People are commodities

I am a firm believer that humans are egotistic by nature. That's not a problem per se. The problems start when people take this a little too far.

What feminism did in the end was this: everyone sizes up everything. No one does nothing out of pure feelings, just out of egoism.

See the common thing males use to describe old woman: "used up". One would think that it's rude to say that about a person. But that's what's going on. We are commodities. We do not have value as human beings, just as tools. That's why it's getting pointless to get married: to have children is to care, to put your selfishness aside and care for someone else, to make sacrifices that will not benefit you in terms of money, power, whatever. It's more of a spiritual benefit.

We're too "enlightened" they say. No more god. No more spiritualism. This is all part of the past.

The result could not be any different. Men are wallets, women are bodies. One may want to go against the grain, but he(or she) will have a hard time finding someone who really believes on it like he(or she) does.

There goes mankind, without any aim, without no beliefs, thinking itself so smart. We do not have a clue about what will happen and are too proud of ourselves to admit it.

I can relate to this post. I used to think people dated uniquely and sincerely enjoyed each others company long term. But then after getting dumped every time, for some one else I realized that women always have place holder b/fs but are always scanning the room and friends for a man that provides more value to her existence down the road. They're just heartless and out on the prowl since they don't have to settle for less.

I think in church or rural places where family is priority #1 is the best place to find a mother to raise your kids.
